About Lisa…

Lisa C. Kuta, MS, CCC-SLP is licensed in the state of Maryland and maintains certification in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Towson University in 1998 and her Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Towson University in 2000.

Lisa began working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the public school system with pre-schoolers and elementary age students. During this time she also provided private speech services to children after school.  When she had children of her own, she made the decision to focus mainly on her private practice. This way she could spend more time with her family and also continue her passion for helping others be successful communicators.

Lisa has experience working with children and young adults with speech impairments, tongue thrust, stuttering disorders, language delays/disorders, cerebral palsy, and high-functioning autism/Aspergers.
